Our unique process of cleaning, pre-heating and mixing wood fiber and polyethylene to the point of encapsulation prior to the extrusion process ensures total encapsulation of the wood fiber, enabling MoistureShield to withstand the harshest environmental conditions. In addition, we have created the perfect mix of high density and low density polyethylene to gain maximum strength while maintaining the ease of assembly that is oftentimes lost with 100% virgin resin composite products.
