Contest Rules
1. Program Description/Eligibility: This trade promotion is open only to residential contractors and builders who are current legal residents of the United States and 18 years of age or older. Employees of Advanced Environmental Recycling Technologies, Inc. (AERT), their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of each are not eligible. Void where restricted or prohibited by law. The promotion begins on May 1, 2010, and ends on March 31, 2011 (“Entry Period”). There will be one (1) prize drawing for the prize at the conclusion of the Entry Period.
2. Program Qualifications: Must be a MoistureShield Valued Partner in good standing and current with their billing. Minimum purchase of $10,000 (not including taxes and shipping) of qualified MoistureShield decking products between January 1, 2010 and March 31, 2011 is required. Entrants receive one entry ticket for each $10,000 of qualified MoistureShield decking products purchased between January 1, 2010 and March 31, 2011.

3. How to Enter: To enter the promotion, residential contractors and builders must sign up for the MoistureShield rebate program and must be a MoistureShield Valued Partner. All MoistureShield Valued Partners must submit the following information to enter into the promotion, which is the same requirement for the rebate program.
§ Copies of all invoices, documenting the number of MoistureShield deck boards purchased for each deck.
§ Homeowner name and complete address of each deck installation
§ MoistureShield Valued Partner Business information
§ Complete Business Name
§ Complete mailing address
§ Phone Number

Sponsor not responsible for any incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible or misdirected documentation. One winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about May 16, 2011 from eligible entries received to win a 2011 Ford 150 4X4 Truck (estimated value, $22,000 for the base model). Prize has no cash redemption value. Prize drawing will be from among all valid entries received during the entry period. Decisions of judges are final. The prize will be awarded and the winner notified by phone or mail or e-mail at the Sponsor’s discretion. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Odds of winning the prize depend on the number of valid entries received. No substitution, transfer, or assignment of the prize permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent value in the event the offered prize is unavailable. All taxes, insurance, upgrades and transportation of the prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
- General Conditions: Entrants agree to abide by the terms of these official rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this giveaway. This giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Prize winner may be required to supply Sponsor with his/her Social Security Number for tax purposes within seven (7) days following the date of attempted notification. Non-compliance within this time period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Return of any prize/prize notifications as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winners’ names and likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability or any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this giveaway or any prize won. Sponsor not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the giveaway or in the announcement of the prize. Any entrant who supplies false information will be disqualified. Prize award is subject to Sponsor verification of entrant’s eligibility and qualifications. In no event will Sponsor be liable for more than the prize listed in Rule 3 above.

- Agreement and Waiver: Participation in this promotion constitutes entrants’ full and unconditional agreement to be bound by these Contest Rules and any and all decisions of Sponsor. By participating, entrants waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages, attorneys’ fees or any damages other than actual out-of-pocket costs incurred to enter (not including the costs for which entrant received qualified MoistureShield decking products). Some jurisdictions do not allow this limitation or exclusion of liability, so the preceding sentence may not apply to all entrants.
