Using new and improved manufacturing technology, MoistureShield® Solid provides the strength and beauty of MoistureShield decking with a new profile option. MoistureShield Solid can be ordered with or without grooved sides to accommodate hidden fastening systems and is available in six colors: Cape Cod Gray, Earthtone, Rustic Cedar, Seasoned Mahogany, Terracotta, and Desert Sand.

MoistureShield composite decking materials and composite decking accessories are manufactured using AERT’s patented process that encapsulates recycled wood fibers in recycled polyethylene plastic. Due to this unique product make-up, it is resistant to rot, decay, moisture and insects. MoistureShield environmentally friendly decking contains a minimum of 38% post-consumer recycled content, and 57% pre-consumer recycled content.
In addition, MoistureShield decking and deck accessories require no special tools to install and are backed by a limited lifetime warranty against rot, decay and insect damage. MoistureShield products also exceed the requirements for landscape decking published in the LEED for Homes green building standard.
