Contest Rules
1. Program Description/Eligibility: This trade promotion is open only to residential contractors and builders who are current legal residents of Canada and 18 years of age or older (or who have reached the age of majority in their province). Employees of Advanced Environmental Recycling Technologies, Inc. (AERT), their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of each are not eligible. Void in Quebec and where restricted or prohibited by law. The promotion begins on May 1, 2010, and ends on September 15, 2010 (“Entry Period”). There will be five (5) prize drawings for the prize at the conclusion of the Entry Period. Prizes will be awarded subject to winners correctly answering a mathematical skill-test question.
2. Program Qualifications: Must be a MoistureShield Valued Partner in good standing and current with their billing.
3. How to Enter: To enter the promotion, residential contractors and builders must be a MoistureShield Valued Partner. All MoistureShield Valued Partners must submit the following information to enter into the promotion via the following Website: http://www.moistureshield.com/drive

Entrants may only enter once and may not use multiple identities. Sponsor not responsible for any incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible or misdirected documentation. Five winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about September 16, 2010 from eligible entries received to win a Sure Drive Eliminator™ NSDPP38/40 with Mantis Deck Clips (estimated retail value, $425 (CAD)). Prize has no cash redemption value. Prize drawing will be from among all valid entries received during the entry period. Decisions of judges are final. The prizes will be awarded and the winners notified by phone, mail, e-mail or in person at the Sponsor’s discretion. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of valid entries received. Limit one prize per person. No substitution, transfer, or assignment of prize permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent value in the event the offered prize is unavailable. All taxes, upgrades and transportation of the prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
- General Conditions: Entrants agree to abide by the terms of these official rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this giveaway. This giveaway is governed by the laws of Canada. All federal, local and provincial laws and regulations apply. Prize winner may be required to supply Sponsor with his/her Social Insurance Number for tax purposes within seven (7) days following the date of attempted notification. Non-compliance within this time period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Return of any prize/prize notifications as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winners’ names and likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability or any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this giveaway or any prize won. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the giveaway or in the announcement of the prize. Any entrant who supplies false information will be disqualified. Prizes awarded are subject to Sponsor verification of entrants’ eligibility and qualifications.
