Model Home Program

JUMP-START PROGRAM (model home program)

A program designed for first-time users or contractors who would like to build a deck on a model home. A rebate will be issued to the contractor following the completions of the 10th deck built. Limit one deck per individual contractor or company. Decks 1 – 9 can qualify for the Rebate Program.

Program requirements:

  • Minimum requirement is 320 square feet of deck
  • Prominently display MoistureShield® with approved merchandising
  • Credit for the model home deck will be issued when builder/contractor completes their tenth MoistureShield deck
  • Credit not to exceed $5,000
  • Model home requests must be submitted at least 30 days prior to construction
